Social Media Manager — Create & Connect

Full-Time | On-Site We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who does more than just post content — someone who creates it, connects with it, and takes pride in it. If you love social media, enjoy building relationships, and feel at home engaging with people both online and out in the community, this might be the perfect fit for you. What You'll Do Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Respond to comments, DMs, and messages daily Attend local events and capture photos/videos to post in real time Engage with customers at our sales office — gather reviews and testimonials Track performance and help put together weekly/monthly reports Support email marketing campaigns Help with event setup, decorations, and on-site coordination What We're Looking For Experience with social media and content creation Strong eye for visuals and what looks on-brand Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people in person Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Available weekends and occasional evenings for events Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Bonus Skills Canva, Adobe tools, basic video editing, or drone experience Requirements Prior experience in social media management, content creation, public speaking, or customer-facing roles is preferred. A portfolio or examples of past social media work is a plus. This is more than a social media job — it is a chance to be the voice and eyes of a growing brand.
