Onsite A growing performance-focused brand is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support its marketing team by coordinating, executing, and reporting on social media campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. This person should be passionate about social media strategy, campaign execution, and engaging enthusiast audiences through creative, performance-driven content. Key Responsibilities Social Media Campaign Execution
  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platform analytics, identifying trends and recommending ways to improve engagement, efficiency, and results.
  • Assist in testing new platform features, content formats, and targeting strategies; document results and share insights to support optimization.
  • Prepare and share regular performance updates with marketing leadership.
  • Execute digital marketing plans for new product launches across all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness through conversion. Community Engagement & Inbox Management
  • Manage brand inboxes and community engagement across social platforms, automotive forums, Facebook Groups, Reddit, and other enthusiast communities.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and technical questions in a helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable manner.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
  • Participate in enthusiast communities by engaging in conversations around builds, racing, upgrades, and industry trends.
  • Monitor discussions to identify trends, product feedback, and customer sentiment, and share insights with internal teams.
  • Support strong relationships with enthusiasts, builders, and influencers by recognizing user-generated content and encouraging participation.
  • Ensure all community interactions reflect brand voice and values while maintaining authenticity and credibility. Activation & Go-To-Market Support
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, content, influencer, and paid media teams to integrate assets into social campaigns and launches.
  • Publish and manage go-to-market content across owned social channels, optimizing posts by platform to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Monitor the social performance of sponsorship activations and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Brand Representation & Industry Engagement
  • Represent the brand at sponsored events, races, and activations, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence.
  • Build relationships across the automotive performance ecosystem while staying close to industry trends and emerging opportunities. Required Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media account management.
  • Experience with and knowledge of automotive products, especially EFI, ignition, and data acquisition.
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and processes.
  • Photography and videography skills using a cell phone or DSLR camera.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into broader marketing initiatives. Preferred Experience
  • Experience in automotive, motorsport, or other enthusiast-driven categories.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive performance landscape, including key events, series, athletes, and communities.
  • Experience operating within a multi-brand or division-based organization.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and content workflows.
  • Advanced understanding and active use of social media platforms.
  • Resourceful and able to troubleshoot issues.
