JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) combines Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing into one high-performing team focused on cutting-edge work to serve innovative clients on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. As part of the Advanced Facilities team, you'll work on some of the most advanced construction projects across the country, growing your career alongside our diverse team of industry professionals.
Role Summary The Planning & Scheduling Manager will complete most complex activities to prepare project schedules for projects of all sizes and provide team leadership. This position will be responsible for guiding scheduling construction sequencing, developing and delivering training, and supervising critical path analysis. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn. Key Role Responsibilities

All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn. Key Role Responsibilities

PLANNING & SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT FAMILY
- CORE Facilitates and incorporates the use of Lean principles and pull planning during schedule development and project construction.
- Advanced. Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced. Knowledge of work activity sequencing, scheduling concepts and best practices, with the ability to effectively communicate opportunities for improvement
- Advanced. Ability to recognize schedule sequencing areas of concern and opportunities where sequencing improvements can occur
- Advanced. Ability to lead internal scheduling training classes. Knowledge of all types of construction projects and delivery methods
- Advanced. Ability to provide performance management feedback. Knowledge of critical path analysis for time extension requests, along with how to effectively deal with Change Management delays and claims (compensable and non-compensable, excusable and non-excusable). Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications
- Advanced. Proficiency in scheduling software
- Advanced. Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy
