PMO Portfolio Planning & Governance (Cary, NC, 27512) | 07/02/26 Job Description PMO Portfolio Planning & Governance Cary NC 3 days office is must GC/Citizen Note- past experience with Insurance will be big Plus Description and Location The contractor will provide program management support for portfolio planning, resource planning, and annual planning execution activities. The resource will serve as the central coordinator for planning submissions, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and ARTs.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing planning schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Coordinating annual planning submissions and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Supporting resource and capacity planning activities across ARTs and portfolios. Tracking and reconciling planning data across Apptio, Target Process, and Azure DevOps. Facilitating planning meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications. Maintaining planning trackers, action logs, issue logs, and executive reporting.
