Islandwide Full Time Manager 8 years exp Building and Construction $5,000to$10,000 Monthly 0 applicationPosted 06 Jul 2026Closing on 05 Aug 2026 Roles & Responsibilities Lead planning delivery across assigned projects by setting standards, approving baseline programs, and aligning schedules with business objectives and resource strategies. Develop and review tender and master programs for major bids and projects, presenting program logic, sequencing, and resourcing strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. Work closely with Project Managers on daily coordination, including look-ahead planning, constraint management, and recovery strategies. Establish and enforce planning governance, including templates, quality assurance, change control, and planning cadence, while driving continuous improvement. Collaborate with Contracts and Project teams to optimize resource allocation and mitigate long-lead risks. Review and approve program substantiation for extensions of time (EOTs) and variations, leading complex time impact analyses and defending claims positions. Chair internal EOT and time-related claims reviews, ensuring robust analysis, evidence management, and alignment across teams. Provide senior-level reporting through portfolio dashboards, risk assessments, recovery plans, and executive briefings to Project Directors and senior management. Lead and mentor the planning team to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality planning outputs. Represent the organization in planning discussions with clients, consultants, authorities, and joint venture partners.
