- Value Chain Integration Advisor III
- supports the development and execution of integrated strategies, economic evaluations, and cross-functional initiatives that improve value across Phillips 66's value chain.
- What You'll Do
- + Build, maintain, and improve economic models for integration opportunities, capital projects, commercial arrangements, and operating or supply-chain alternatives.
- What You'll Bring
- Required
- + Legally authorized to work in the United States + 3 or more years of experience in commercial, financial, strategy, analytics, project, or value-chain roles + Bachelor's degree or higher + Strong quantitative, statistical, financial, and analytical problem-solving skills + Expert or greater proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to organize, analyze, and present complex information effectively + Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment •What Makes You Stand Out•Preferred•+ Demonstrated experience building or using financial and economic models to evaluate business, capital, or commercial decisions + Experience In Refining, Marketing, Commercial, Midstream, Transportation, or other Energy Industry roles + MBA + Experience with capital budgeting, project economics, portfolio prioritization, stage-gate processes, or benefits tracking + Experience in strategy, business development, project development, commercial analysis, or integrated planning + Understanding of the Phillips 66 value chain, including Refining, Midstream, Marketing, Commercial, supply, logistics, and related market drivers + Experience synthesizing market, operational, financial, and strategic information into actionable recommendations •Compensation Range•This position has a base salary range of $125,100•$152,900.
