Job Summary MGB McLean 3East Partial Hospital Program (PHP) is recruiting for a full-time staff psychologist. The McLean 3East PHP is internationally known as a leader in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and young adults. The 3East PHP specializes in the treatment of suicidality, self-harm behavior, and emotional dysregulation. As a DBT program housed within a world-class academic medical center, we have access to consultation from leading experts across specialties, allowing for more comprehensive, effective, and robust treatment for patients with complex comorbid conditions. We are a four-week (20-day) program serving young people of all genders aged 14 through early 20s. 3 East programs offer a full-model DBT treatment woven into all aspects of clinical care. Qualifications Education Doctor of Psychology Clinical Psychology required or Doctor of Psychology Child Psychology required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?   • Excellent clinical interviewing and assessment/therapy skills to work with patients and families.

  • Ability to recognize medical conditions and refer for appropriate care.
  • Proficient in therapeutic techniques.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
