Psychometrician - (onsite) Alexandria, VA

Thomas Solutions Incorporated is looking for Psychometrician to provide government client with development support of assessments and examinations for professional credentialing purposes. These individuals will provide critical technical support to ensure that tests and practice tests reviewed and analyzed. Salary commensurate with experience

Position:

Psychometrician Required Qualification:

Degree :

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or other related fields; Master's degree in Quantitative Psychology, General Psychology, Educational measurement or Statistics.

Experience:

At least 2 year of work experience in the field of Psychometry Excellent observation and communication skills Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Task Shall review all materials including exams, practice tests, and training materials for any required changes. Tests and practice tests shall be reviewed by the psychometrician. A report shall be provided on findings. Update the exam, practice exam, and training materials quarterly as may be required by HUD. This may include recommendations by HUD or external stakeholders. Provide administrative support within scope of psychometry Pull virtual testing result

$90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
