Commercial Insurance CSR/Account Manager

Job Overview Cromwell & Ney Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR to service and manage an existing book of business while supporting agency growth through cross-selling and new policy sales. This role is responsible for handling client service needs including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and coverage reviews, while building strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Salary Range:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A positive and proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and concerns. Prepare policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries. Process new business applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently. Maintain client records and update information in the agency management system.
