The Audit Specialist conducts policy audits and overall support to the Operations team. Key Responsibilities Conduct policy audits which entail review of new business policies and proofing for errors. Receives daily listing of errors, reviews, and checks each policy to determined that the correct documents are on the Policy One software. Reviews applications to determine which PIP/deductibles were selected in various programs. Once the audit is complete, the Audit Specialist contacts the Agent explaining the error made and the correction needed. Receives listings of errors from Zone Managers to audit. Tracks PIP and premium changes for policies that are written incorrectly with Microsoft Excel. These errors can be repetitive and are to be given to Chief Operating Officer and Agent Support on a weekly basis. Support and ensure that all tasks assigned are performed in a timely manner. Answers incoming calls and uses security system to greet visitors while verifying that the visitor has an appointment with a staff member. Additional administrative duties as needed. Key Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Well organized and detail oriented. A team player who is punctual and possesses a strong work ethic. Strong computer skills. Responsible, trust-worthy, with the ability to problem solve independently. Effective at multi-tasking and prioritization. Meticulous attention to detail. Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates:

High School Diploma or GED.
