Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare research and development, is seeking a HIV Health Outcomes Researcher to join their team. As a HIV Health Outcomes Researcher, you will be part of the Global Health Outcomes department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

6 Months What's the Job? Support the development of non-interventional studies on disease burden, treatment patterns, and patient experiences related to HIV. Conduct systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons to inform research and strategic decisions. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure timely and compliant completion of studies. Collaborate with internal teams across medical, commercial, and market access functions to align research efforts. Communicate complex research findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and reports. What's Needed? Masters degree in health outcomes, patient-reported outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or related fields. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a research organization, academic center, or pharmaceutical industry. Experience with drug development, market access, and value evidence generation in the pharmaceutical sector. Training in economic modeling and observational study methodologies. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly. What's in it for me?
