401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Training & development Tuition assistance Vision insurance SarelaTech is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support a Department of War (DoW) cybersecurity mission in Columbus, Ohio. This position will review, consolidate, and develop cybersecurity policy in accordance with applicable requirements and Government direction. The Cybersecurity Policy Analyst will provide technical support and assistance to programs and assess information technology policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure an appropriate balance between security and operational requirements. The position will also brief senior management on cybersecurity policy changes, updates, and progress. Required Qualifications Seven (7) years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience. Experience with the general tenets supporting the overall DoD implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes. Ability to assess cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures in support of security and operational requirements. Ability to communicate cybersecurity policy matters and brief senior management. Certification Current CSSP Analyst certification is preferred and will be required if assigned duties as a member of the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).
Qualifying certifications include:
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) CyberSec First Responder (CFR) Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) CompTIA Cloud+ CompTIA PenTest+ Security Clearance Active DoD Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
