Position Summary The Associate Director, U.S. Policy Analytics will support BMS's U.S. policy analytics function with a primary focus on state healthcare policy and reimbursement reforms, translating complex and evolving state policy developments into actionable, decision ready- insights. Reporting to the Senior Director, U.S. Policy Analytics, this role will lead hands-on
- analyses of state policy initiatives-including Medicaid reforms, state affordability and price transparency initiatives, upper payment limits (UPLs), state drug pricing boards, 340Brelated state actions, and other

- access and reimbursement policies-and assess their implications for the BMS portfolio and enterprise strategy. This individual will contribute directly to policy research evidence generation and support external policy engagement efforts by producing rigorous analytical outputs, clear synthesis of policy impacts, and timely insights that inform internal decision-making
- and policy positioning. The Associate Director will work closely with U.S. Policy and Government Affairs teams, analytics colleagues, and cross functional partners to ensure policy analytics are accurate
