Job Summary
This position is located in Kermit, TX as a member of Western Midstream's Operations Health, Safety & Environmental Team. Position is a field-based role and will be responsible for the support and coordination of Health & Safety activities associated with our operations located at the Delaware Basin Field Operations. Responsibilities Initiates and manages programs that support corporate and regional HSE goals
Leads one (1) or more asset area HSE programs, policies, and compliance processes
Assists in the development of HSE programs and identifies program improvement opportunities
Ability to schedule and complete HSE inspections and compliance assessments and develop corrective action plans with internal stakeholders
Responds to HSE incidents and utilizes incident management principles
Assists in development of corrective action plan, oversees correction action activities
Facilitates incident investigations
Develops, plans, and delivers HSE trainings
Participates in HSE Audits and assists with drafting corrective action plans according to findings
Support emergency response drills taking an active or lead response team role
Coordinates contractor project management including contractor selection and approvals, project budgeting and project tracking
Partners with asset area management teams to develop HSE culture norms
Coordinates/conducts hazard assessment by utilizing sampling equipment
Drives approximately 30% of the time for a duration of up to multiple hours at a time to field locations/to the office Skills & Leadership Demonstrates WES Core Values

Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and provides regulatory interpretations and guidance to internal stakeholders

Makes well-constructed written and verbal presentations to management Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or 5 or more years of experience Licenses
Valid driver's license with no restriction that would prohibit driving a company vehicle. Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 25%. Work Schedule
This position has a hybrid schedule with Monday-Thursday being 9-hour days and 4 hours on Friday. This position is subject to after hours and on call responsibilities. Western Midstream does not offer sponsorship of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions for this role.
