Job Description
We are seeking a
_Sr. Research Data Analyst_
wo will build complex data models and conduct complex data analysis in support of research projects, programs, and/or studies. The Sr. Research Data Analyst is responsible for coordination of data and data analysis activities across multiple studies. This position will work with a variety of PIs to help analyze and collect data across multiple projects.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Develop, manage, and maintain a database for study data for multiple studies.
+ Develop standard operating procedures for initial data entry and data updates. + Oversee quality control procedures for database and ongoing analysis. + Develop data models. + Conduct statistical analyses of data collected in this system to support empirical study. + Build transmission models. + Create and curate software tools across diverse programming languages in support of research efforts. + Other duties as assigned. _In addition to the duties described above_ + Maintain relationships with community partners. + Work across teams within an academic research center to translate data and information for real world application. + Assist with both qualitative and quantitative data collection activities on various sites for large research studies.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in a related field. + One year of related experience. + Highly specialized advanced knowledge, education and/or training in a specialized field of study to conduct research. + Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
+ PhD in a related field. + Proficient in working with community partners, understand health equity, violence reduction, and social determinants of health.
