Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Research Data Analyst wo will build complex data models and conduct complex data analysis in support of research projects, programs, and/or studies. The Sr. Research Data Analyst is responsible for coordination of data and data analysis activities across multiple studies. This position will work with a variety of PIs to help analyze and collect data across multiple projects. Specific Duties & Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain a database for study data for multiple studies. Develop standard operating procedures for initial data entry and data updates. Oversee quality control procedures for database and ongoing analysis. Develop data models. Conduct statistical analyses of data collected in this system to support empirical study. Build transmission models. Create and curate software tools across diverse programming languages in support of research efforts. Other duties as assigned. In addition to the duties described above Maintain relationships with community partners. Work across teams within an academic research center to translate data and information for real world application. Assist with both qualitative and quantitative data collection activities on various sites for large research studies. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in a related field. One year of related experience. Highly specialized advanced knowledge, education and/or training in a specialized field of study to conduct research. Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Preferred Qualifications PhD in a related field. Proficient in working with community partners, understand health equity, violence reduction, and social determinants of health.
