Policy Analyst The Policy Analyst provides integrated policy development and support to the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery N45 Mission Assurance Office. In this role you will.... Draft, review, and update mission assurance and emergency management policies, standard operating procedures, and concepts of operations. Ensure compliance with

3440.10C and applicable DoW Directives. Support interagency coordination, meeting documentation, and action tracking. Additional duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of (5) years of experience drafting, reviewing, and revising policies, SOPs, CONOPS, and implementation plans related to FCC. Advanced knowledge of DoD interagency coordination, policy development, and action officer responsibilities. Successful completion of the Federal Coordinating Center (FCC) Course within the last 3 years.

Desired Experience:

Prior experience supporting: Navy Medicine, Defense Health Agency, or Department of Defense headquarters policy efforts Emergency management or mission assurance programs Familiarity with: Navy staffing, coordination, and policy approval processes Federal Coordinating Center and Patient Reception Station plans

HSEEP/JELC

experience Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program training Federal Emergency Management Agency Incident Command System training

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in public policy, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, National Security Studies, or a related discipline OR ten (10) years of relevant personnel security experience in lieu of a degree

Security Clearance Requirements:

Active Secret security clearance.
