Skills:
Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying complex policies or regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain intricate details clearly Background in eligibility systems, enrollment processes, or public assistance programs preferred Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities independently Ability to build strong relationships with agency staff and external community partners
