Fremont, CA Job Details Full-time $45.21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Confidential information handling Research Guard Card Full Job Description About the role: The Protective Service Operator / Analyst reports to the appropriate Team Lead. They provide continuous global intelligence monitoring for the detection of any potential threats to personnel, property, and client reputation (both domestic and international) and reports within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). They proactively monitor and communicate movement of assigned executives utilizing various communication platforms and determine the appropriate escalation of threats in accordance with established protocols. In this role, your responsibilities will be: Actively monitor multiple security information feeds; open source media, third-party provider information/analysis subscriptions, and other sources to support threat awareness and forecasting. Determine appropriate escalation of threats within set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure all reports are timely, accurate and actionable and adheres to reporting criteria. Provide intelligence reports, including travel security and assessments. As a candidate, you must have: Combination of 3-5 years' experience with military, physical security, law enforcement, intelligence services AND/OR degree in relevant discipline Ability to conduct research, intelligence gathering and analytics to interpret complex data and information Exercise good judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action Self-starter that requires little to no supervision while meeting project deadlines Excellent verbal and written communications Ability to multitask, prioritize and to handle emergency situations Ability to interact with staff of all levels, in a high pressure and fast paced environment. Demonstrate a high level of discretion, ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment. Must be able to work a flexible, rotational schedule Must complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as client requested certifications; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted Preferred experience with incident case management systems Preferred experience working in a GSOC or Fusion Center in an Executive Protection, Intelligence Analyst, or similar role Preferred Bachelor's/Master's Degree, or equivalent We offer: $45.21/hr Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
