is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to lead and execute high-level intelligence and mission-management support for DIA Directorate for Operations personnel. The specialist will manage complex taskers, executive correspondence, briefings, read-ahead materials, access coordination, dissemination, and mission-support requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Responsibilities Lead the full range of intelligence and administrative support provided to analysts, engineers, scientists, operational personnel, and senior leaders. Review and quality-control documents for accuracy, completeness, coordination, formatting, and compliance with DIA standards. Manage complex RFIs, task actions, reports, briefings, and formal or informal taskers; resolve obstacles and ensure suspense dates are met. Prepare and review executive correspondence in accordance with the DIA Correspondence Manual. Develop read-ahead books and senior-level meeting materials; coordinate guest access and official-function support with security personnel. Oversee approved cross-domain data transfers and intelligence dissemination support. Manage or oversee tracking for military awards and evaluations, property accountability, logistics, space, facilities, and IT requirements. Coordinate across DO HQ, FLS, CIO, security, and other mission-support providers and provide leadership with accurate status reporting. Establish efficient tracking processes, provide quality control, and mentor less-experienced specialists. Qualifications Senior-level experience providing intelligence management, executive support, program coordination, or mission support in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment. Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI CI Poly clearance preferred.) Demonstrated experience leading complex task-management and executive-correspondence workflows. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools. Ability to work with minimal oversight, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively with senior Government stakeholders. Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information. Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements. Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines. Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables. May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Detailed knowledge of DIA correspondence, records, security, access, dissemination, and cross-domain procedures. Experience overseeing property, logistics, facilities, space, military awards, evaluations, or IT support. Experience improving workflow, tracking, and quality-control processes and mentoring staff.
