Job Description

Dignitas specializes in system and software analysis, design, development, testing, fielding, and courseware for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training applications. By Light Professional IT Services LLC readies warfighters and federal agencies with technology and systems engineered to connect, protect, and prepare individuals and teams for whatever comes next. Headquartered in McLean, VA, By Light supports defense, civilian, and commercial IT customers worldwide. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage cyber training exercises and events. Support development and execution of cyber training scenarios and operational activities. Coordinate schedules, timelines, deliverables, and event logistics. Manage multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to support exercise objectives. Support documentation, reporting, and operational coordination activities. Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and training support requirements. Maintain project tracking, schedules, and exercise records. Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements. Experience planning and managing cybersecurity training events within the DoD community. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Ability to work independently and within a team environment with minimal supervision. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Special Requirements/Security Clearance Active Secret security clearance required.
