Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Lead Targeting Specialist to support a mission-critical intelligence program in College Park, Maryland . This senior-level position is ideal for an experienced intelligence professional with demonstrated expertise in targeting, intelligence analysis, investigative support, and leadership within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC). Position Summary The Lead Targeting Specialist serves as a senior intelligence professional responsible for leading complex targeting and intelligence analysis efforts in support of national security and law enforcement missions. This individual will oversee the development of actionable intelligence products, mentor analysts, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide strategic recommendations to senior Government leadership. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience applying Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft, structured analytic techniques, and investigative methodologies to identify threats, close intelligence gaps, and enable mission success. Essential Job Functions Lead the production of actionable intelligence leads and classified intelligence products in accordance with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) analytic tradecraft standards. Conduct advanced all-source intelligence analysis to identify threats, trends, vulnerabilities, networks, and patterns supporting operational and strategic missions. Apply structured analytic methodologies to evaluate complex information, identify intelligence gaps, and develop well-supported analytical judgments. Lead targeting efforts by integrating data from multiple intelligence disciplines to identify persons, organizations, networks, and entities of operational interest. Produce high-quality intelligence assessments, targeting packages, investigative reports, executive summaries, and briefing materials. Utilize Intelligence Community databases, investigative resources, and analytical tools to acquire, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple sources. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for intelligence analysts and targeting specialists. Present intelligence findings, operational updates, and strategic recommendations to senior Government officials and executive leadership. Coordinate with Intelligence Community partners, law enforcement agencies, and mission stakeholders to support intelligence sharing and collaborative operations. Support strategic planning, operational assessments, mission engineering, and enterprise-level threat analysis. Conduct organizational, operational, and functional assessments to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and capability gaps. Participate in strategy sessions, design reviews, and intelligence planning activities to support mission objectives. Utilize advanced analytical software, including Palantir , i2 Analyst's Notebook , and the Microsoft Office Suite , to organize, analyze, and present intelligence information. Ensure all intelligence products comply with applicable security requirements, Intelligence Community directives, and ODNI analytic tradecraft standards. Perform additional intelligence analysis, targeting, and leadership duties as assigned.
