TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Position Overview The client is seeking an Intelligence Analyst at Fort Meade, MD who is able to perform analysis of specialized and/or technical data, make assessments and recommendations and prepares documentation related to associated data and analysis. Responsibilities Organizes research findings, conducts analysis, and writes descriptive products according to standards regarding clarity, conciseness and terminology Display a clear understanding of identifying Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques and procedures Ability to navigate multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysis Ability to utilize complex search engines using focused research techniques (ex. Boolean search) Support the creation and delivery of documentation in support of assigned programs Develop graphics and graphical presentations as required Provide recommendations of assessments to senior leaders, peers and subordinates Display clear understanding of mitigation techniques for adjudication of intelligence findings and products Possess and display the following skill sets: Conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organizational skills, research, written and verbal communication, sound judgement, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and able to work independently Ability to interact with diverse groups and evaluate issues and reach consensus across all stakeholders Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
Requirements:
TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred) 5yrs experience as a intelligence analyst Familiar with DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT intelligence products Knowledge of common intelligence community networks (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and as applicable FBI equivalent networks to coordinate the exchange of information by email and must be able to access and use specified databases.
