Job Description
Job Summary You will serve as the GG-13 Insider Threat Analyst for NIA N73 (Navy Element, DON Insider Threat Analytic Hub) developing and implementing comprehensive trends analysis to deter, detect, and mitigate threats to Navy personnel, operations, activities, information and facilities. This position is located in Arlington, VA in the
Participating in a DoD or Department of the Navy Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Security, or Cybersecurity program, including risk management, policy implementation, and mission execution.
Providing guidance to civilian, military, and/or contractor personnel, managing operations, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, and ensuring mission readiness.
Analyzing multi-source information to identify insider threats, develop risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate with various Commands/Organizations, i.e. NCIS, DCSA, DITMAC, HR, legal, and other mission partners.
Advising senior leadership, developing policy and operational guidance, and delivering executive-level briefings and written products that support enterprise decision-making.

ACTIVITY.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to theGG/GS-12
grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following:Participating in a DoD or Department of the Navy Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Security, or Cybersecurity program, including risk management, policy implementation, and mission execution.
