Targeting Analyst- Subject Matter Expert Fort Liberty, NC Intel / Full Time On-Site / On-site Fort Liberty, NC Full-Time, Expert-Level Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled
OSINT/PAI
Targeting Analyst- Subject Matter Expert to support routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines.
- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.
- Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements.
- Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise.
- Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
- Eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Three (3) years of specific experience in
OSINT/PAI
exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.- Experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.
Note:
experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).- Two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific

tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)- Advanced understanding of
OSINT/PAI
authorities, regulations, and policy.- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14+ level.
