CACI is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst with 8+ years of experience supporting Department of War (DoW), Combatant Command, and Intelligence Community missions involving Unmanned Systems (UxS) and advanced weapons capabilities. The selected candidate will apply expertise in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), and Unmanned Maritime Systems to support UxS technology development, integration, operational employment, and acquisition efforts. Responsible for analyzing UxS weapons systems, including launch, release, payload delivery, and employment mechanisms, while providing technical assessments and recommendations. Supports the evaluation and deployment of one-way attack (OWA) systems and specialized UxS capabilities while collaborating with government, military, and industry partners.
Responsibilities:
Support all-source intelligence analysis of worldwide UxS threat technologies. Research, analyze, and develop technical intelligence products focused on UxS, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technologies, and emerging/improvised systems supporting DoW, IC, and Defense Industry partners. Provide technical assessments, research, and recommendations supporting UxS acquisition efforts, operational requirements, and intelligence studies. Develop analytical products and briefings, assess emerging technology trends, identify intelligence gaps, and conduct research using classified and open-source databases. Support target analysis and technical assessments of commercial technologies, procurement activities, and improvised systems. Perform analytical duties independently while collaborating with senior analysts and government stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current and Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.8+ years supporting DoW, USSOF, and/or IC missions.

Graduate of DoD or IC intelligence analysis school/course or Equivalent training.

Bachelor's degree in a related functional area (or equivalent experience).Understanding of UxS platforms, weapons systems, and operational employment concepts.

Experience with intelligence tools including
CHROME, PALANTIR, TAC, CIAWIRE, NSA
PULSE, and OSINT analytical frameworks.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis, visualization, and information management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop intelligence products and brief technical findings.
Desired:
Experience supporting DoD/Defense Industry technical UxS, counter-UxS, or advanced weapons efforts.

SOF experience.

Familiarity with IC collection processes, intelligence requirements, and collection management.

Master's degree in related analytical/technical field. Knowledge of RCIED, UAS, and improvised technologies.

Experience with armed UxS, weapons integration, explosive systems, payload technologies, and emerging technology assessments.
