The Work:
This role will serve as the RMS Threat Manager responsible for the Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) program to assess and mitigate potential Workplace Violence and support the centralized RMS Counterintelligence and Investigations team. Travel may be required to sites and locations and the willingness to work flexible shifts for global mission needs. US citizenship and DoW security clearance are required for this position. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Lead the RMS Threat Management and Workplace Violence program and coordinate Threat Management Team (TMT) meetings as needed serving as a BTAM expert and consultant. Enhance the program through engagement, training and awareness efforts with programs and functions highlighting trends, cases and services for early intervention and mitigation.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with employee, labor relations, law enforcement, or corporate investigations. Threat management and potential workplace violence investigation experience. Proficiency in investigative and analytical report writing. Well-refined interviewing and organizational skills are essential. Must be a self-starter with impeccable ethical standards. Well versed with legal issues relating to investigations including state and federal statutes. Exceptional interpersonal skills - empathy, compassion, communication and judgement. Flexibility and willingness to support other team missions as necessary for success. Track record of successful team work and collaboration.
Desired Skills:
Experience leading behavioral threat assessments in corporate environments. Experience leading / participating in LM BTAM processes with multiple functions. Experience with behavioral, threat, and mental health factors and indicators which contribute to and mitigate workplace violence risk. 15+ years' law enforcement experience. Bachelor's degree minimum / advanced degree preferred. Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers at all levels. Extensive success collaborating with law enforcement and the intelligence community. Ability to use analytical tools to draw conclusions, develop logical leads, and recommend defensive responses and courses of action to mitigate risks to people and facilities. Active member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP).

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $134,900 - $233,680. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
