Responsibilities:
Oversee a comprehensive range of operational and administrative support activities. Act as the primary liaison for overseas offices, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Provide operational oversight and strategic guidance for active cases and ongoing initiatives. Develop and recommend courses of action to support operational planning and decision-making. Coordinate legal, regulatory, and policy matters impacting operational cases and international offices. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of existing cases, producing intelligence assessments from multiple classified and open-source information streams. Prepare and deliver concise, high-impact briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and key decision-makers.
Levels:
Level 3: Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience. Level 4: Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant professional experience. Level 5: Bachelor's degree and at least 20 years of relevant professional experience. •
Note:
5 additional years of experience can be applied in lieu of Bachelor's Degree•
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with sponsor messaging and classified databases, including specific targeting tools. Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision. Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest. Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group. Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Proficiency in a foreign language preferred. Sponsor certification as a Desk Officer, Staff Operations Officer, or Collections Management Officer. Experience in Intelligence Operations, Analysis, and Support to Field Operations Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases. Experience using sponsor databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.

Polygraph Salary Range:
$140,000 - $215,000 The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
