• Counterintelligence Officer - Spanish Language Enabled Seeking a highly experienced Counterintelligence Officer who possesses Spanish language skills to support our Beacon program's mission to counter global threats.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, operations, and counterintelligence, with a focus on supporting complex operations.

Requirements:

• Requires possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience. + A least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis. +

Language Proficiency:

Spanish 3+

Certifications:

Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Experience:

+ Experience supporting complex intelligence operations or programs. + Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Experience working in a global or regional context. + Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counterterrorism.

Skills:

+ Research and analysis skills, including open-source research and data analysis. + Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. + Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple tasks. + Proficiency with standard office software and databases. + Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. + Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Knowledge:

+ Knowledge of Intelligence Community operations and best practices. + Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities. + Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. + Ability to analyze complex information and prioritize effectively. • Pay Range:

• Pay Range $92,300.
