Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in title or mineral research and excel in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Have a proven track record in title research, courthouse record analysis, and mineral ownership verification Must be local or willing to be in the Gallup, NM area to conduct in-person research at local courthouses. Per Diem is available. Strong ability to meet specific daily and weekly deadlines based on internal and client requirements Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat Experience in New Mexico title preferred.
