www.cyaconstruction.com Comercial construction Contractor Job Summary We are seeking bilingual, proactive, detail-oriented Field coordinator cum Assistant to support other departments/staff and owner in the planning, execution, management with compliance at our construction Jobsites and office. In all putting efforts to ensure project success. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, possess good organizational and communication skills, strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and passionate about contributing to innovative solutions. Should know driving to visit job sites and should know English and Spanish to translate language between labor and owner. Duties Placing orders with Vendors, track material supply and coordinate deliveries to jobsites in all manages on-site logistics and data collection. Should track and maintain records for tools and machinery. Tracking and coordinating in getting daily field requirements fulfilled to meet project timelines. Collecting field paperwork to submit and assist filing documentation in office.At least once a week reporting is to be done in office. Manage, coordinate calendar appointments, Taking minutes for in person meetings and email/post it on the app. Confirm end of day, with labor of there attendance for next day morning on jobsites and do the head count the next day and report of any absence. Reminding owners of their personal and professional appointments. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and construction inspection procedures not mandatory but would be would be an advantage. Excellent research skills combined with technical writing ability for documenting clearly not mandatory but would be prefered. Strong math skills for measurements, calculations, and analysis relevant to construction projects not mandatory but should be able to learn quick. When jobsites are not operating due to weather or stop work order or other reasons then office work/paper filing/labor audit data etc needs to be completed in office. Requirement Minimum 40hr SST, which includes 30hr OSHA to enter jobsite. Should know how to use Google Workspace for emailing and Microsoft Office for data entry. Valid Driver license to drive in New York is must. Toll and gas will be provided. Must be excellent with translation between English and Spanish between owner and labor.
