Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Customers reach out, Data entry, Coordinate site surveys, support onsite technicians, milestone management Roles & Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate site surveys across assigned locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite technicians during survey activities.
- Assist technicians in understanding survey requirements, documentation standards, and data collection procedures
- Maintain accurate records of survey status, findings and completion metrics.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLO benchmarks
