Job Description
at State of Delaware in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description As a Planner IV, you will support DSAAPD through high level planning; creation and review of policies at the division and department level; program development and strategic improvement; quality improvement; strategic planning; research; data analysis; exploration of national trends and best practices; and identification and execution of evidence-based or innovative programs. This position is responsible for grant writing and management for the Division. Duties may also include providing technical assistance, training, and education for understanding and managing change. You will represent the Division on task forces, panels, and committees as well as work with multiple departments/units for various assignments and projects.
