Pay Salary Range:

$70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. What We Offer 100% covered medical, dental, and vision for you and eligible dependents 401(k) with company-funded contributions Paid time off starting at 15 days, plus paid holidays and community service time Development, wellness, and recognition programs What You'll Do Conduct research and prepare planning documents, reports, studies, and permit applications Support land use, community, and infrastructure planning projects Assist with stakeholder coordination and agency communication Prepare layouts, planning graphics, and data analyses (GIS experience helpful) Contribute to proposals, presentations, and internal project documentation What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Planning, Geography, Public Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of professional planning experience, ideally in Hawaiʻi Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills Familiarity with Hawaiʻi planning, zoning, and entitlement processes Ability to meet deadlines, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office; GIS experience preferred If you're interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
