Sketchup

We are construction company who's infrastructure is based on Sketchup. We create renderings from existing structures and proposed plans. We build additions and remodels with a large emphasis on cabinetry and finish work.

The position requires:

Fluency in Sketchup - you don't have to a level 99 ninja master, but you need to be confident and efficient. There is always room to improve. Understanding basic building techniques. The more complex and nuanced your understanding, the more you will succeed Running a tape measure. You'll be sent to clients homes and expected to accurately measure existing spaces Assist in project management. The renderings are used for client facing proposals, gathering estimates from subcontractors, scheduling and planning. This is a great position for a project manager who is excellent with computers. Also a great position for graphic designer with a construction background. Certainly willing to teach the right candidate, who is sharp and eager to learn.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
