This role offers an opportunity to support our Idaho practice through high-impact municipal and regional projects. You will serve as a key contributor in conducting strategic research, crafting visionary comprehensive plans, developing zoning ordinances, and conducting development reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in planning or related field and minimum four (4) years of experience Excellent writing skills with attention to detail Ability to complete documents that are cohesive and easy to read Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Ability to work independently and in a team environment Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Suite) Demonstrated knowledge of Idaho Local Land Use Planning Act and related statutes, environmental planning principles, public agency procedures, and technical knowledge
