Job Description The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking a curious, data-driven, and tech-savvy problem solver to play a key role in shaping how traffic data powers the state's transportation decisions. As part of the Continuous Count Station (CCS) program in the Travel Information Unit, you will dive into statewide traffic data, transforming raw information into insights that influence real-world infrastructure, public safety, mobility and planning. In this exciting role, you'll work with advanced tools like MDOT's Transportation Database Management System (TDMS) and modern GIS platforms to analyze, validate and deliver high-quality traffic data used across Michigan. OR Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in an ECP Group One classification. OR Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.
