At Hartizen Homes, as a Sr. Land Analyst within the Homebuilding industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the land analysis operations. We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Land Analyst with a strong background in real estate. This individual should possess a deep understanding of underwriting, real estate finance, and home building analysis.
Primary responsibilities would also include:
Primary Responsibilities Identifying and assessing residential real estate land opportunities Coordinate supporting data on new home sales comparisons, demographics, product competition, entitlements, market trends and other information relevant to a project's viability Creating and maintaining a comprehensive inventory list of landowners, land opportunities, brokers, etc. Conducting thorough research on site characteristics, zoning, and building fees (tap, impact, permit fees, etc.) Analyzing market data to identify development opportunities and preparing insightful memoranda, reports, and summaries on proposed acquisitions Researching and analyzing comparative land comps Providing essential support throughout the acquisition process Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Finance and Real Estate are preferred) Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills and time management skills Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Benefits and Perks Flexible and Hybrid Work Schedule Paid Time Off - Credited to You 100% Upfront Paid Holidays Medical / Dental / Vision Coverage including High Deductible Health Plan Welcome Box 401K with a Company Match Casual Dress Code Paid Time Off for Community Team Service Events Voluntary Short-Term / Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Paid Bonding and Recovery Leave Employee events such as lunches and outings to foster a positive work environment At Hartizen Homes, we believe that work should be more rewarding than just a paycheck.
