Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you guide high-net-worth clients through estate planning evaluations, identify gaps and risks, and provide strategic guidance. You collaborate with Senior Investment Counselors and internal teams, delivering education and resources to elevate estate planning knowledge. You'll contribute to internal training, client education programs, and the development of planning materials while supporting process improvements. This position blends client-facing excellence with internal education and collaboration to strengthen planning outcomes.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Educate clients on estate planning strategies across varying complexity levels, in person and virtually
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of trusts and estate structures
  • Review and analyze documents (wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives, living wills, buy/sell agreements)
  • Identify gaps and optimization opportunities aligned with client goals
  • Serve as internal subject-matter expert for Senior Investment Counselors and teams
  • Respond to planning inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collect information and organize records for estate and trust documentation
  • Contribute to client education programs, training initiatives, and planning materials
  • Manage all phases of projects from conception to deployment
  • Support process improvement initiatives and pilot programs to enhance efficiency
  • Mentor team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and events Tasks
  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in trust/estate planning
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate structures
  • Ability to simplify complex estate concepts for non-legal audiences
  • Exposure to multistate estate planning, trust structures, and tax strategies
  • Strong analytical and qualitative reasoning
  • Attention to detail and organizational excellence
  • Discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel and host in-person client programs Key requirements
