Schedule:

Monday-Friday Between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM (9 AM- 1 PM and 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM) Up to 4 hours per day (20 hours per week) About the Program As a Student Success Mentor, you will work with students who are committed to completing their high school diplomas and continuing their education. You'll provide encouragement, accountability, and academic support while helping students build confidence, set goals, and overcome challenges. Responsibilities Build positive, supportive relationships with high school students. Encourage academic success, attendance, and goal setting. Provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation. Support students in developing organizational and study skills. Maintain professional communication with school staff and program coordinators. Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment. Qualifications Required Valid Arizona IVP (Identity Verified Prints) Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience working with youth through mentoring, teaching, tutoring, coaching, counseling, or similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate Ability to build positive relationships with students Commitment to the assigned work schedule Preferred Experience in education, youth development, social work, counseling, or mentoring Bachelor's degree or coursework in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Passion for helping students achieve academic and personal success Why Join Planting Seeds Academic Solutions?
