You will support students in developing their confidence and independence through your comprehensive counseling services. Your goal will be to ensure that all children are able to develop their full potential and achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities Assess students' needs and develop a comprehensive plan of care to meet each student's needs Advocate for students when they need support or guidance Provide guidance to students, build confidence and develop social skills Collaborate with parents and colleagues to develop a full understanding of the students' backgrounds, experiences and interests Meet with students, discuss options, provide support and help them develop a path for the future Report on progress to parents and colleagues
