Bettendorf Community School District is seeking a compassionate, student-centered professional to join our team as a full-time Elementary School Counselor at Mark Twain Elementary for the 202627 school year. If you are committed to supporting the academic, social-emotional, and career development needs of all students while fostering a positive and inclusive school environment, we encourage you to apply! Terms of Employment Contract Salary $50,000 (MA, Step 0; based on the 20252026 salary schedule) Qualifications Master's Degree in School Counseling or related field. Valid Iowa School Counselor License with K12 Professional School Counselor endorsement. Demonstrated successful experience working with elementary-aged students preferred. Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), social-emotional learning, and crisis response practices preferred. Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
