Aug 24, 2026 Job Description School Adjustment Counselor (Aug. 24, 2026 - Jan. 4, 2027) The Palmer School District is looking to add an elementary school adjustment counselor to our Old Mill Pond Elementary School that puts the needs of our children first. We are committed to providing students with a positive learning environment focused on meeting the needs of all learners. This opportunity will provide students a chance to receive social and emotional support and learn how to recognize steps to ensuring they have a "toolbox" full of Zones of Regulation strategies to keep students safe. The ideal candidate will have experience and background with implementing a PBIS tier 1 and 2 intervention program. We believe the ideal candidate will be an active learner and teacher in our school and strive to build a dynamic learning experience for all our students.
