POSITION DUTIES
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive college counseling program for both domestic and international students.
  • Provide individualized and group advising on academic planning, standardized testing, college essays, and university applications.
  • Organize and lead school-wide college events, parent workshops, and faculty training sessions to align college counseling services with institutional goals.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with U.S. and international university admission offices to expand student opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze student outcomes to support continuous improvement and long-term planning of counseling services.
  • Mentor junior counseling staff to ensure professional development and high-quality advising standards.
  • Coordinate with school administrators on curriculum planning, accreditation, and student academic performance monitoring.
  • Maintain close communication with overseas partner schools and educational agencies (particularly in China), providing curriculum guidance, admission advising, and program
  • coordination to ensure consistency and quality across partnerships.
  • Represent the institution at domestic and international education conferences and partnership meetings as required.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Educational Leadership, School Counseling, or a closely related field Minimum of 48 months of experience as a Director of Education Program or in a related role Fluency in Mandarin required Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
