Months Position Responsibilities:

Works on the

Kairos and Instructional Teams Kairos:

is a part of the Response Team (responds to walkie calls, facilitates Working Lunch etc.), participates in Kairos team meetings

Instructional:

supports instruction, participates in grade level meetings etc. Supports all teachers in their classrooms w/ instructional and behavioral support Supports Real World Learning programming on DLS campus/off DLS campus Facilitates literacy intervention block and small group pull out sessions using a specific curriculum Monitors various data points (

Academics:

grades/credits, Attendance, Behavior) to ensure students complete their year "On Track" to graduate Communicates students' progress with students and families regularly Facilitates student support meetings Creates and implements strategic interventions to promote student achievement, foster a sense of belonging and connection etc.

Position Qualifications:

1) A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Master's Degree Preferred) 2) Hold or be eligible for Missouri Certification in Secondary Administration 3) Ability to pass an extensive background check 4) Evidence of the willingness and the ability to comply with the standards for ethical and professional performance established by the State Board of Education and
