Behavior Coach (Grades K-5) Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio (ESC of Eastern Ohio) Canfield, OH 44406 $25

Commensurate with experience between $25 to $30 per hour

Director of Special Education Position Summary:
The Behavior Coach supports the academic and social-emotional success of students in grades K5 by promoting positive behavior, providing staff coaching, and assisting with the implementation of evidence-based behavioral practices. This role focuses on building staff capacity through coaching and modeling, while supporting students with behavioral needs within a PBIS and MTSS framework.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field Valid Ohio license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure Experience working with students with behavioral needs
Preferred:
Master's degree in a related field Training in PBIS, MTSS, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and behavior data collection CPI or crisis intervention training

The successful candidate must complete the annual required compliance training as assigned by the administration.
