To Be Determined Job Description The Johnstown-Monroe Local School District is seeking a Student Support Specialist (School Counselor) for the 2026-2027 school year. This position works closely with the Principal and other members of District Administration.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of school counseling theories and practices, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with students and families; Experience in identification and facilitation of individual and small group counseling, interventions to support developmental and preventative needs of individual students in the school; Valid Ohio K-12 School Counseling license preferred.
