Aug 6, 2026 Job Description Spartanburg School District Two Job Description Counselors will have the opportunity to impact and work with the most amazing kids' families. They will work together to set up craft activities and snacks before students arrive. They will be responsible for helping students with homework, organizing games, activities, and stations for students, and monitoring students throughout their time in the after school program. Each counselor will be assigned a specific group of students to monitor and counsel throughout the school year. They work from 2:00pm until 6:00pm Monday through Fridays.
