What You'll Do:

Counseling & Support:

Provide individual and group counseling to students, helping them navigate academic pressures, social challenges, and emotional development. Assist students with their homework.

Active Participation:

Engage with the students, by playing a board game, sitting and completing an art project, or jumping into a game of dodgeball!

Tailored Programs:

Develop and implement programs that support students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs. Such as leading clubs, group games and sports.

Collaboration:

Partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a positive, supportive school environment.

Family Engagement:

Serve as a trusted resource for parents, offering guidance on child development and educational support.

Record Keeping & Confidentiality:

Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times. What we're

Looking For:

Experienced & Caring:

Experience in child care (preferably in a classroom setting), but any experience is good (i.e. babysitting or tutoring).

Management:

Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques.

Communicative & Compassionate:

You're skilled at building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, with a deep empathy for the challenges students face.

Resourceful & Driven:

You are dedicated to helping students build resilience, develop emotional intelligence, and succeed academically.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in theatre, sports coaching, daycare, or similar activities that enhance engagement with children is a plus! Perks of the
