Job Description

Category Schools - Counselor Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced LPC interested in a part-time contract counselor position supporting students across multiple campuses near Corpus Christi, TX. This role begins as soon as possible and extends through the full 2026-2027 school year. You'll make a meaningful impact working with a caseload of 44 students spanning grades 1 through 12. The assignment is structured for 15-20 hours per week, providing the chance for flexible scheduling that complements your professional and personal commitments. You'll serve as a vital support for students. Some on your caseload will require direct counseling, while others will benefit from consultative services. All campuses are within convenient walking distance of each other, streamlining your ability to connect with students and teachers without the need for significant travel during the school day.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active LPC licensure in the state of Texas Previous experience providing counseling in an educational setting preferred Comfortable working with diverse grade levels, from elementary to high school Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Ability to organize and manage a part-time, multi-campus caseload efficiently
